- We do not work in projects that demand full-time utilization. Also in long-term projects we do not commit to a specific availability in terms of X days per week. Thus we cannot guarantee service levels and we do not offer support contracts.
- We are engaged by the end customers or by product vendors. We do not work for 'project brokers' whose primary business is to act as intermediaries between end customers and freelancers.
- We are always acting in the role of a vendor-agnostic consultant and reviewer. We do neither sell products or solutions nor do we receive or pay commission.
Preparation phase:
